Long story. I had items in my cart, debating on purchasing. Items were checked out accidentally (kids), when I realized after 4 days, I requested a refund. Seller informed items were in production and would ship next day. I understood, but then it took 12 more days to ship items…

Requested refund 4 days after placing order, I was told in production/would ship next day could not refund. Took 12 more days to ship.
